SMALL GROUPS / BIBLE STUDIES
Our house churches and small groups exist to facilitate meaningful relationships with one another so that we can grow together as followers of Jesus. We run a number of house churches that meet regularly and range from age-focused groups (a seniors and young adults group) to geographically based groups with a mix of ages. Our house churches are a key place in which relationships are built and where appropriate pastoral care and support is given and received.
Our hope is for our men’s ministry to encourage our men to grow into the men God has called us to be. We value connecting men with each other through real friendships and value living life alongside each other. We want the men in our church to be able to find ways to use the gifts God has given them in the church and beyond. We run specific men's nights across the year and also hold an annual men's weekend retreat.
Our women’s ministry exists to connect women within an accepting community so that they both experience and share God’s love. At Parkside we value every woman’s story, and seek to provide inclusive spaces where women can build relationships to share with others. We run specific women's nights across the year and also hold women's days and retreats from time to time.
The Parkside Riders
Do you love riding motorbikes? Then the Parkside Riders may just be the group for you! We meet regularly to go on Saturday morning rides and enjoy the odd coffee break along the way. We cater for people with all sorts of bikes and at various skill levels from beginner to old hand.
If you would like more information, check out our Facebook page here.
The Parkside Walkers
Fancy a morning walk? The Parkside Walkers meet at the church on Friday mornings at 9:15, then walk for about an hour around the Parkside area. Afterwards we enjoy a cup or tea or coffee and some morning tea. It’s a great way to get some exercise and meet new people as well as chat about life.
